Vertical Stack (Vert Stack)

Vert stack is the first and most important offensive play any frisbee player will learn. It will surprise those new to the sport to learn that often the most effective strategy offensively is to stack up in a vertical line and keep cutting in towards disc until an open pass is available.

Horizontal Stack (Ho Stack)

Ho stack is a great offense to learn especially when going against a zone defense. It revolves around three people passing to each other until the defense is spread out enough to make a pass up field.
