Man Defense
Defensive Plays
Chances are if you have played a sport where two teams try to score on each other you have played some version of man defense. Man defense is when every player chooses an opponent and guard them and only them for the entire play.
Cup Defense
Cup is a zone defense in frisbee. It is great especially on windy days because it forces handlers to throw above the defense normally causing an error.
This is for a 3-man cup, in a 4-man cup the short deep becomes part of the cup and all other positions work as mentioned.
